Ms. Nguyen Ha Dung currently holds the position of Deputy General Director at Oxalis. She is responsible for Finance – Accounting, Human Resources, and Operations while also playing a key role in establishing and enhancing the company’s internal control system, reporting processes, and training programs to ensure high efficiency and effectiveness in internal operations.
Ms. Ha Dung possesses strong problem-solving skills in complex personnel and human resource management matters and has a deep passion for training and development. She has directly mentored and guided multiple generations of local employees in Quảng Bình, helping them adopt professional processes and international standards, thereby improving the overall quality and productivity of the entire company.
With her extensive expertise and ability to communicate concepts clearly, Ms. Ha Dung also instills determination and a passion for learning in her trainees, making her training efforts highly effective.
Extensive Expertise
Having served as the Assistant to the General Director before becoming Deputy General Director at Oxalis Group for many years, Ms. Ha Dung has acquired deep and multi-dimensional expertise in operations and internal control systems in the fields of adventure tourism, experiential tourism, and hospitality.
Before joining Oxalis in 2017, she accumulated four-year experience in auditing at PwC Vietnam, where she honed her skills in financial analysis and control assessment. She then held senior management positions, including Sourcing Manager at Prudential Vietnam and Internal Control Manager at Blue Star Foods (Baskin Robbins Vietnam).
Upon joining Oxalis as the Assistant to the General Director, Ms. Ha Dung quickly proved her capability in coordinating, refining processes, and improving operational efficiency. By 2022, she was promoted to Deputy General Director, directly leading and training Oxalis personnel.
Ms. Dung is an inspiring speaker with the ability to share hands-on experience in financial management, internal control, and training local workers to international standards, providing tangible value to individuals and organizations she works with.
Professional Qualifications
Ms. Ha Dung holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from the University of Economics and Law, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. She is also a Fellow (FCCA) of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK. Additionally, she serves as a Member of ACCA’s Sustainability Committee for the 2024-2026 term.
She is fluent in English and has basic proficiency in Mandarin, allowing her to connect and collaborate effectively in international environments. Beyond her role in management and internal training, Ms. Ha Dung is also a keynote speaker at various tourism and sustainability forums, sharing insights on Oxalis’ journey toward sustainable tourism development.
