With diverse work capabilities and a practical work style, she is a skilled manager capable of building effective teams through scientific training methods aimed at achieving the company’s common goals.

Since 2023, Ms. Yen has been directly in charge of the greenhouse gas emissions measurement project at Oxalis. With her expertise in business, data management, and operational experience, she not only brings theoretical knowledge but also shares practical perspectives, helping learners connect theory with practice.

During her time at Oxalis, she was a pioneer in developing, managing, and growing many tourism products that offer unique and high-quality experiences for customers.

In addition, she has 3 years of experience managing the Chay Lap Farmstay and Blue Diamond Retreat, where she gained practical experience in operating green, sustainable accommodation models and training local staff to optimize efficiency.

Since 2023, with her expertise in corporate finance, Ms. Yen has been working in the field of emissions measurement, contributing to Oxalis’ Net Zero journey.
